What real recovery feels like
I've tried everything for my back after cycling. This is the only thing that actually carries over to the next ride.
Ten minutes in the morning and I actually feel like my body belongs to me again. I'm 58 and moving better than I did at 45.
Got this for my husband who runs marathons and thinks stretching is for other people. He uses the roller every single morning now.
Your Soft Foam Roller, Hand and Foot Therapy Kit and 30 days of MELT On Demand give you a clear place to start.

The MELT Soft Foam Roller, the complete MELT Hand and Foot Therapy Kit (eight treatment balls, a bunion band and a carrying bag) and 30 days of MELT On Demand.
Do I need experience with MELT?
No. The bundle is made to be your starting point. The welcome lessons introduce the method, and MELT On Demand guides you through each tool at your own pace.
How long does a MELT practice take?
Many MELT practices take about 10 minutes. Your first guided class is about 20 minutes. Choose what fits your day and return to the Rest Assess to notice what changed.
Can I try MELT without buying the bundle?
Yes. The first guided class in this welcome series is free, and all you need is a rolled-up towel or yoga mat. The bundle gives you the tools and 30 days of guided support for what comes next.
What happens after the 30 days?
Your MELT On Demand membership renews automatically at $24.99 a month unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime.
Is the Fascia Hydrator included?
No. The MELT Fascia Hydrator is an optional add-on. The bundle includes the Soft Foam Roller, the Hand and Foot Therapy Kit and 30 days of MELT On Demand.
Do I need to use both tools every time?
No. Follow the equipment list for the class or treatment you choose. Some focus on the hands and feet, some use the roller and some combine both.
How is MELT different from foam rolling?
The MELT Soft Foam Roller is made for gentle, sustained compression, not hard pressure, fast rolling or painful work. MELT also includes assessment, sensory awareness and pacing that supports your nervous system.
Is MELT medical treatment?
No. MELT is for personal wellness, self-care and education. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Check with a healthcare professional if you have an injury, recent surgery, pregnancy or a medical condition.
